Here's some more food for thought. As many know, my 1960 Amazon-S is likely one of the oldest in North America. Although it did originally come with the front fender emblems you've shown, I wanted it to look the way the Swedes had intended it to be exported outside of Scandinavia. So, I installed the pre-62 Swedish style emblem as such:


To answer what might look good on your P220, here's what is installed on my Amazon-S sedan:
This picture was taken by Alan (AlanAuto) at Lake Placid with Rob Funnekotter inspecting my paint job for flaws! I was able to find one of these gold stylized emblems in Sweden, but they are very rare.
