Later (>='67) 122s have a Spicer 30; ferget that, too.
ENV 3rd. members come out the front of the axle, like a Ford 9".

"I was asking how to tell the difference, and just what difference there is between the two? As the full bearing kits look identical but have different reference numbers for the kit."
