Would a temp sensor shorted or open cause this? THe 20 minute thing makes me think it's related to engine temperature.

I recently changed a bunch of stuff due to a hunting idle that would appear every six weeks ago or so on a 91 740T. I finally changed the FI computer and think I might have solved it now.
