Hello, I have the same problem since having cylinder head resurfaced. I replaced the distributor/rotor, plugs, wires, cleaned throttle body/IAC, swapped FI computer, checked timing. O2 sensor, all relays are good. I stilll have the rough idle. I want to clean and flush my injectors but having a time removing the rail. I checked the resistance on all injectors and they checked good at 16 ohms each. I'm puzzled myself and so is the Volvo mechanic.
