This is too friggin' much ! It Started 700 1992

A bad temp sensor may cause it to run a little rich but it shouldn't cause it not to start or run terribly rough. If yours is a turbo w/ a bad knock sensor it may retard the timing and make run rough. The bad/leaking fuel pressure regulator suggestion seems a pretty good bet.
