One of the first things I did to my '93 was yank that thing out - it bugged me. I'll look in my box of "stuff that had to go" - including pitiful stock radio amp, carphone transceiver, microphone, etc. - and see if I saved the clip. I know I was able to pull in out intact, just don't know if I saved it.

It's yours if you want it, Ken. Providing I can find it...
