IPD swaybars? 120-130

i was wondering about this, my 142 has the front only and more than a few people have recomended that set up for the 142. will there be a noticable difference with only a front sway on a 122 wagon, i'm geting a new front end in by the end of the month and will be putting in the sways then. if i don't have to drill holes in the rear if its not needed thats a plus. but if having the rear sway will be a plus i'll do it. i'm not racing it and it won't be a daily driver but i'd like to have some fun with it.
