Tale of 2 idle problems, with one happy ending

After you cleaned the Idle Control, did you jump 12 volts to it to see if it moves freely? Rare, but the solenoid might have gone bad.

Upper Right Nut .. I took a 13mm wrench and grinded it in a few critical spots to give me the room I needed to get it in there between the Switch and Throttle Body.
