My rebuilt B20 (f head, d cam) is now installed in my car with freshly rebuilt carbs (that were running on my old engine) installed on it. Everything is hooked up, however it will not start. It will crank, but will not fire. There is plenty of compression.

Now, I have made the assumption that the engine I purchased "rebuilt", was rebuilt and set up correctly. All the rebuild parts look new, and things move freely. I have played with the timing, with no success.

What should I look at first, to try and resolve this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
