All Brakes Locking on. - HELP. 700 1990

The other person you mentioned that seemed to resolve the same problem by replaceing the master cylinder also had to bleed the system with new brake fluid after doing the job. This was probably the actual REAL fix. Don't see how it could be the master cylinder. All it does is push brake fluid through the lines.
