Ya know, it just could be the same. I just checked the right hand side of the trunk, on the inside and there are four little protrusions that look like the ends of screws or the remnants of emblem posts. They are in a horizontal line and spaced about an inch apart. The other side has the "o" left in Volvo and two more holes, then, below that, are two horizontal holes that are about 2 inches across. My guess is that it originally read "Volvo" and "B-18" below that and "Sport" on the right side. Or possibly vice-versa.
