You may also want to get the correct ECU for a B230F installed in a 740 with LH 2.4. In addition, you must change the Coolant Temperature Sensor, and Idle Air Controller. I'm not sure if the Idle Air Controller is the same for B234F and B230F engines with LH 2.4, but I'll guess they are. You'll probably want to install the correct fuel injectors for a B230F with LH 2.4.

Are you using the engine wiring harness from the B234F?
