What's needed for T5 swap in a 142 140-160

Hio,
I have been thinking of doing the T5 swap in my 142. It currently has a M41. What do I need and how much modification is there?
I realize I need a '83-'92 Mustang T5 and a vpd adapter and clutch fork. anything else?
Can I use a standard volvo pilot bearing?
Does the cross member need a lot of modification?
Does the driveshaft need to be cut?
What speedo cable?
rear trans.flange?

I did search and found a lot of info for 122's but figured a M41 142 would be different.
Thanks,
CU
