Not enough info to know for sure. Ask for the type code to see if it has a m41 and a high compression engine to know for sure. But I would lean towards not... Yes, it has a tach but I can't see the overdrive stalk on the side of the steering column. The seats frames are out of an 1800, not a 123gt. Also the steering wheel is a standard '68 122 not a 123gt. Hope this helps...
