The high-compression engine and dash knee pad were standard equipment on the 122S as well as the 123GT in '68, and the seat recliners were an option.
Canadian GTs did not have the auxiliary lights (probably not legal in Canada at the time) and did not have the wing mirrors. The few Canadians I've seen did have the three-spoke GT steering wheel, dash pad with coin tray molded in, Smiths tach, overdrive and limited slip rear end.
All this equipment was available on the 122S except for the steering wheel, I believe.
