It's burning more than it should. I usually get about 8L/100km (29-30mi/US Gal) in the 240 and 940 (both non-turbo) on the highway. City commuting gives about 12.8L/100km in winter, 10.5 in summer.

Even the 745 with the 5.7L V8 gets 9L/100km (26mi/USGal) at a steady 70MPH. Your turbo should be somewhere between 8.3 and 9L/100km on the highway.

An easy conversion is: MPG = K/(L/100km)

and so: (L/100km) = K/MPG

for Imperial Gallons, K is 282, for US Gallons, K is 235.
