I have a 92 740 turbo and drive it pretty much locally and get about 15 miles per gallon.
My vehicle was serviced recently and no signs of faults in component was either referred to or showed needing attention. Prior to purchasing my vehicle when doing research the biggest complaint by owners was the gas mileage, while they loved everything else. Now i am part of the crowd that really likes the vehicle in all respects but too would be very happy to get better miles per gallon.
