Are you sure you have a B14? If so, then it's probably the only one in the UK/Europe (except for the P1900).

Regardless, the values are the same for the B16. The B14 and B4B used essentially the same block and are as Phil has indicated.

B14A/B4B - 50-60 ft.lb. (7-8 kgm)
