There is no gasket on the timing belt cover, do you mean the valve cover? To deal with a leak you must observe exactly where the leak originates, the correction will depend on what and where it is leaking. There is no use just replacing things hoping to cure it.

Under the timing belt cover there are 3 seals:
Intermediate shaft seal.
Camshft seal.
Crankshaft seal.
After removing the cover it is easy to see which is leaking.
