Keyless entry will NOT work S90-V90

If the batteries are good and the remote is transmitting you can put it to your ear and hear a faint chirp when you press the buttons. If you hear the chirp, then follow the instructions is the manual to program. My 97 v90 has an error in the index on the page to find the instructions, but they are in there. If the faint chirp is not emitted when you press the buttons and you know the batteries are good, then I assume it is dead.

Does anyone know what would cause the 15a compressor fuse to blow when you turn the snowflake button on?
