Tough one there my friend,they are the white brittle plastic.
I bought a NOS one from RPR the larger older style for $30.

Get it wet and twist it out.
The 240 JY ones will fit loose but can be gooed in with RTV {blue} silicone.
If you have the later black smaller one.
