Actually I remembered that when I changed my coolant and took the thermostat out, I didn't replace the thermostat. It leaked a tiny bit until I bought a brand new thermostat/gasket from the dealer. So that is probably why my coolant was low. I topped it up now so I think its holding, Ill have to keep an eye out..
