Ditto Aleekat's suggestion

I'd use an impact socket (15MM if I remember right) 1/2 drive on the two long mounting bolts for the rack.
One of them was real socket buster here, and convinced me to get a set of 1/2 drive impact sockets. (about $19 for a Stanley set at Walmart)
