Looks nice, I especially like the B-pillarless roofline. Looks slender and delicate, like an Italian design by Ghia from the 50s. Getting the windows to seal will be quite a trick. I guess that's why it's a rendering.
Very cool that the car retains much of it's Volvo identity via the grille, bonnet, steering wheel, door handles and trunk release. Too often good looking original designs are replaced/removed in the pursuit of customization. It also speaks to quality of Volvo's design of the 120 series. Some newer better looking front turn signals would be nice though.
The side trim is not for me at all. I've never been a fan of 1950's American car design, with the exception of the things Studebaker was doing. European cars with chrome and little fins mimicing American cars were cool then and are cool now, but only when they those details are few and understated. That side trim screams 50s American and detracts from the simple, good looking bodyline of the 122.
The big wheels don't bother me because undoubtedly the actual car would get more sane rubber. The way the wheels are sunken up into the fender wells is looks nice.
