I think you can get it running again with the B20 engine in 10 days. I don't think you can get it running with a B230FT in 10 days. You will get discourage with that type of timeframe and abandon it, even with a high degree of expertise. If you want to do this type of a swap, do it as a hobby/project.
I run a B21F (non-turbo) in my '65 122.
Currently running:
-'65 Volvo 122 with a B21F/M41 (stocked, not modified normally aspirated engine Β-cyl 2100cc])
-LC-1 WBO2
-MS V2.2 running MSnS-extra (29v) (running electric fan control)- tuning with MT2.25
-Bosch 004 Dizzy/Bosch 139 mod
-Bosch 21lbs EFI injectors
-Volvo 850 Bosch TPS
-Closed idle control with Bosch 516 motor
I started in 1999, and got it running (and on the road) with a B21A carb setup in 2003 (I stopped working on it for 2-1/2 years), and I'm pretty happy with it starting in Oct 2007. A lot of research and trial and error involved.
I know a couple of people that installed turbos in 122/1800's that I can give you links to (and advice on my own project). For one:

If you want to do such a swap, I would suggest hanging around at turbobricks.com .
