Engine stall on hghway! 700

i agree, the relay's are allways a culprit, as well as a sensor, or ignition amplifier, i suggest you allways have a spare or two in your car. also to help you out with the relays from going bad, especially the fuel relay, take a dremil drill with bit and be carefull inthis process but make two to 3 holes on each side of the relay including the top without hitting any of the insides of the relay and that will allow the relays to breath,no be so hot, and let heat scape, i did this and it made a huge difference in how the relay's last. i also installed a 12 volt fan above the relays onmy 740(i should show others how i did this MOD in picture form sometime on this site), and the fuse system is even cooler and hasn't given me any problems at all since. also once a year, clean all the negative connections throughout your car and even the relay contacts with a dremil small wire brush (rotary) you will be glad that you did. also make sure your air mass sensor isn't being cooked by a faulty intake box temperature guage. they generally go bad after 7-10 years of use.this is generally the reason the air mass sensor will go bad. hope this helpes.
