Looks to me like someone grafted only 164 body panels to a Bertone... probably still with the 240 type steering, suspension... remainder of driveline. looks like a reasonably clean job of that too...

Would be sweet if it was all 164 up front... engine to be specific. But I doubt that's the case...

Dana 44???? Hmmm... I'd tend to guess the don't really know. Or maybe the V6 used a dana 44? I don't know.
