Because there is no engine and the 164 stopped in 1975, I suspect it is a 262/242 with a "new" nose. The 164 had a Dana rear diff if it is LSD.
Not enough car for $1000.

The 164 has a new home, all I am left with are a 95 854T and a 98 V70R :)
