Hello all, the gezzer is a newbie,and the 244 is new to me.(a L.O.L.rear ended my 142e, totaled).I bought it knowing it had a intermittent starting problem.Jiggeling the wires at the ecu worked for awhile,then no start.Before getting a Bentleys,I replaced the Hall sender and the main relay,after Bentleys, all tests pointed to the ecu. I replaced the ecu,along with a new harness.Not knowing they were two separate ones,I checked and have continuity in all 9 wires,I pryed the fingers inwared on the old conecctor and hoped to make contact.I have power to the ecu and power(green wire)to the dist.but not the yellow or black. My questions,finally. Whitch of the two control units control the grounds to the relay,and is a new ingition harness really necessary. I intend to keep this car,so any advise or input will be appreciated, Thanks,Bob
