Soft Plugs Reversible 140-160

I did that with my B20 for my 67 Wagon (Now has a 1971 B20E).

My question is whether or not one can remove those plugs easily? I've been thinking of taking that car over to D-jet since it's out of commission and I have all the parts. I'm not too sure how I can get those plugs out without damaging the head or removing it from the block.

I was thinking a taping them back out with a long drift from the valve-side of the head, but I'd rather not remove it if I do not need to.
