Soft Plugs Reversible 140-160

They come out fairly easily but you need to be careful not to damage the
recess they fit into. If you have another head to look at you can drive a
slim prick punch into the center of the plug (being sure you are over the hole
below) and if that doesn't get it out, screw a big sheetmetal screw into the
hole you punched. Then you can pull it out. As the name implies, they are
pretty soft.
