I have a small hydraulic floor jack. Since it has a small footprint, I wouldn't try to raise the front (or rear) at once, because it can pretty well be guaranteed to tip. So I raise the front (or rear) one side at a time at the jacking points (or axle).

The front crossmember is also basically a flat metal plate, so might slip.
