power steering pump out of alignment. 700 1991

Misaligned.. As in the entire Pulley is out OR is teh pulley tilted like the water pump in not in Parallel with the engine? The alternator, the P/S pump and the AC has rubber Bushings between they sit on. They do go flat causing the Alternator or Power Steering Pump to cock a bit. You can replace these bushings.
