A tach for the main cluster of a '73-74 140 should be a piece of cake to find, it was the same tach used on the '75-80 240 (*not* 260).

If you think you need power steering, check the condition of your suspension/steering parts, and also your alignment. A 142 is marvelously light with manual steering. That is, unless you've fitted incredibly wide tires.
