Like Neil says, it takes more energy to electrolyze the water into hydrogen and
oxygen than they will produce even in a 100% efficient engine. And if the
engine produces ANY heat, you KNOW it is not 100% efficient! Unless the
electricity is free, this is not a moneysaving deal!
