90 240dl (i think its ready to retire early!

I was driveing to work this morning and it QUIT ARRUHHH!!! It just dies right on the tracks, I had to push it bak and park it in the poring rain!! Now, it won't start @ all, turns over but no start. The check engine lights up, so I know that the 25 amp fuse isn't the issue, been haveing problems with that fuse coming loose causing it to die. I hotwired the fuelpump as a temp, but still no go. I just got new plugs and wires with a cap and rotor installed. I have gas in it as well, 1/4 left. What else can it be?
