I'm not talking Volvo specific but you can buy Replacement Bushings and Pins for most Door hinges.
Look at the HELP section at an auto parts store. HELP section usually has a bunch of Red Cardboard bubble packs full of Door knobs, brake pins, switches, and door pins and bushings.
