Short-shift Tunnel Mod 120-130

Eric also sold me a 140 tunnel for my own wagon conversion. It will be a "122ES" when I am finally done...

I'd be concerned that a regular shifter tunnel would not fit if you are starting with a BW35. I'd even recommend NOT using the standard drive tunnel because you'd be destroying a highly-sought piece that would need such substantial re-shaping that you might as well make your own from fiberglass...

Anyway, one thing Eric told me that are particularly relevant is that if the short shifter is desired you need a shifter from a 1972 or later car. Something about the shifter angle will pop out or not fit. I found a 1972 140 shifter for my own wagon project.

He's a wealth of info and experience and very worth talking to if you want to do this right.
