Err, on a B16 the lower bellhousing to block bolts are 'internal' - that is - inside the bellhousing. Only the two top ones are accessable without removing the flywheel. The framestrap in question is bolted to the bellhousing only - there is no block 'flange' in the area of the starter on B14/16s.

PS everything hooked up now, just waiting on the sacrifice of a few odds and ends to Odin and Thor (and to get the battery fully charged) - then I'm gonna try to light her up!
