Service Light Problems 700

Okay. I can now answer my own first question. I used a paperclip and tweezers. I used wire cutters angled to snip the end so that it was sharp and pointed, like a spear. I skewered the plug, maneuvered it to where I could grab it with the tweezers and patiently pulled until it popped through the hole.

Problem is, I STILL cannot get my stinking Service light to turn off! What is the deal with this thing?

HELP!

;-)
