cannot keep her running 700

thank you for the advice. switched relays on colant bottle and fuel relay is not gettig warm, it clicks when you turn the key on and also right after car dies. if i start it and give it fuel at any thing over 2000 rpms it dies, if i hold it at 1200 it surges to 1500 and back at a steady pace for 2 to 3 min. then dies. this one has me stumped?
