cannot keep her running 700

Sounds like its temp related, could be a relay getting hot and failing.

Wait til its in a no start condition then do some quick checks,
swap the 2 relays on the coolant bottle bracket.
Pull the ashtray and feel the pump relay, also check fuse #1.
