I suppose I'm a veteran at blower motor replacement. Yes, the first one sucks something awful.

The rest don't. The job is in no way difficult, just boring and tedious.

I've always believed that the "get everything out of the way" method is easiest.

There are some automotive repair jobs that are *difficult*.

There isn't anything difficult about a 240 blower motor. When you get good at it, you can do it in 3 hours. Book time is 6. My first one took 8 hours; now if it takes me more than 3, I get cranky.
