Overdrive Light Won't Go Off!

Well I tried the rear window demister which is also on fuse #11 and when you turn it on the switch does not light up. So I replaced the fuse and cleaned the fuse connections and it still won't work with a new fuse.

What could be the problem? Maybe a loose wire somewhere?
