Valve settings 140-160

Set the valves at a loose .018, so that a .019 is tight. Don't fret about being extraordinarily accurate, or worry about crank position. It's not a Porsche. Pull the distributor cap and when the rotor points to the wire, adjust that cylinder. You can use 0 degrees on the crank pulley for number 1 and 4, and 180 degrees from there for the other two.
Anything over about .021 is noisy and slams the valves too much.
