I have purchased several items from Mark with no issues whatsoever.

I have been shafted by USPS SEVERAL times. "We lost your stuff - too bad, we offer no assurances if you do not get insurance,"

Twice I have been delivered empty boxes - once the seller refunded my money because he had used an old ratty box that broke - I wonder who has my two fuel pumps, though.

You might call him at Royalty. Have him send the cap back and sell it on ebay with no key, at least you might recover something.
