Well, with 0 feedback, a negative (-1) won't matter much. As long as eBay gets their sellers' fees, I doubt they will care much.

If I had not just picked up a Volvo Bahco wrench for $13.00, I'd be about to give up on that place entirely.

The seller did not seem to be all that good with english. I think the whole things stinks.
