Stationary power source..? You have that B18 generator? Did I offer you that A cam I have and then forgot completely about it? I've been like that for the last few months. Sorry. If so, did you still want it?

About the tune, where is your port? I have two on my intake, once by the #1 carb (for the power-brakes and a center port (PCV)

I'm not sure my vacuum values are very meaningful, since this gauge came with a 1/8" vacuum hose and I cut it and put on a 5/16" hose. I'm thinking more about the vacuum balance between the carbs being meaningful...
