I've got Pertronix units on both my 122s; I'm perfectly happy with them, and the Pertronix system works with the MSD6 electronic ignition system (optical systems don't); which I'm also happy with.

If you $400+ burning a hole in your pocket you could get one of the 123 electronic distributors from that place in the Netherlands; I haven't tried one of them.
