It's usually the people who have a problem that you hear from, not the people who don't. So I'll add in my experiences.
I got all the parts I needed for the T5 swap in my 245 from John Parker in a very reasonable time frame. It was just over a month from the M47 unexpectedly exploding to taking the first drive with the T5 in place. No problems at all.
YMMV, obviously people should listen to the other stories out there, but I just thought I'd add mine in too.
